Hi, I’m Karis.
I have always enjoyed taking photographs, not only to document where I’ve been, but also to preserve how a moment felt.
Over time, my phone’s camera roll has grown to tens of thousands of photographs. As I scrolled through them, I realised that many deserved more than a brief moment on social media.
The Karis Avenue became a way to revisit those moments by sharing photographs from different seasons of my life, the stories behind ordinary moments, and eventually, letters arriving in your postbox.

Why send letters?
There is something different about holding a photograph in your hands.
A letter asks us to slow down.
Rather than another notification, it becomes something to keep, revisit, and perhaps place on a shelf until the next one arrives.
